Question by ohmyjeez134: home remedies & tips or cures for eczema?
Okay I have always had stubborn skin always had eczema&allergies since I can remember.I usually always get my worst eczema on my legs or behind knees and behind my elbows and i get itchy on my face to and lips.I currently have big nasty rashes on my legs and a little one behind my elbow that puss it is gross I know.I hae been to the doctor and use prescription cream called tricinilone or something it works wonders for a little while but the effectiveness goes away. The itching is so intense it is very bothersome and I don’t use benadryl either because it makes me drowsy.I have been to the doctor and the dermatologists several of times for this so yeah.Anyways are there any cures or tips or remedies for this.oh and any people with tattoos with this condition Iam just wondering because Iam thinking about getting tattoos in the future.
thanks

Answer by Nicole S My cousins both have eczema and they always put corn starch on the affected area to stop the itching.

Question by lauralou3000: Cures for eczema, natural or prescribed?
My 10 month old baby has terrible eczema. At the moment his hands are infected and his prescribed treatments are not working. So far hes had Hydrocortisones, fucidic cream, antibiotics and zinc bandages. His sores are so bad that the bandages are sticking to them and when removing them the skin is being torn off which then bleeds for a few minutes. Hes in a lot of pain when I remove the bandages so Ive stopped them for now. Ive already seen the doctor on several occasions and everything he prescribes fails. I need help….i don’t know what else to do and would love advice on people in similar situations. On top of that my 5 year old has gastroenteritis (sp) and glue ear which is infected so you can probably tell I need some relief for one of them!
