It takes quite a while for this to go away and feels really horrible. I take Zyrtec and a nasal spray for other allergies and also have contact dermatitis. (I had eczema for many years but I rarely have problems with it now.) Is there a medicine for this? Should I wear gloves? Do you know a good allergen-free brand of dish soap to try?
