Question by Courtney: Effective eczema cream other than cortizone?
I heard that cortizone is skin thinning. I have had eczema since birth and i’m looking for an alternative to cortizone creams. Are there any even available? Eczema is terribly irritating :[ please help! thank you <3

Answer by Alvy you should use silcox base, it comes in a massive tub and you lather it on at night so it soaks into your skin overnight, and you could use E45 cream during the day, because cortizone thins out your skin and you will be left with very thin skin if you use it regularly, just use it for break outs..GOOD LOOK HUN!!
