Question by Bambulina: What foods can trigger eczema in babies?
Does anyone know? I am currently breastfeeding and am trying to figure out what food I am eating might cause my baby’s rashes on her face. I eat lots of veggies and citrus fruits, cottage cheese, yogurts, lean chicken, fish, etc.

How old is the baby? She may just have pimples because your hormones are changing and that goes through your breastmilk. It’s like before you start your period and your face breaks out because of your hormones…same thing. My daughter had beautiful skin for the 1st month of her life and then her face broke out. It’s cleared up now (it lasted about a month) but it’s normal and just caused by changing hormones.

Hi, I’ve had eczema for 17 years and I’m just wondering if there are any foods that I should eat to reduce its outbreak (especially at this time of year)?
I heard that drinking a TON of water also helps. Anyone know if this also is true (and why)?

Hi my toddler is 2 and a half and right on the top of the weight scale, he always has been. both myself and my husband are underweight and have always been like this, so im guessing hell also change, i just wondered if anyone has any good low fat recipes for meals i can cook my son, that are nutritional, low in fat, and really good for him? (i.e that will give him the energy that a very active toddler needs!) he also suffers from atopic skin, eczema and asthma, so i guess avoiding dairy products is best (although he still drinks a lot of milk!!) thank you!!!
