Question by Dottie: I have hand eczema, is it possible that eczema could also give me blisters on my feet?
My feet are looking like my hands. I have been getting the same small tiny blisters that grow larger on my feet. Sometimes the blisters cover an entire foot or I would have large and small blisters all over both feet.
I have to use a prescription cream for my hand ezcema called Triamcinolone 0.1% because my doctor found that I was allergic to just about every cream on the market. My doctor told me to use this on my feet. It cleared up and a few weeks later they come back again. I go back to the doctor on Wednesday for a follow-up. I have new shoes, new socks, and new house shoes still the blisters come back.
I have very sensitive skin and products on the market for sensitive skin the doctor found I was allergic to them, too.
If anyone else has this problem, how do you deal with it? Any suggestions that you have used that worked would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I also have eczema. But if it’s on the bottom of your feet, it probably is not exzema. Instead it is probably Athletes Foot. I know it sounds gross, but it happens to the best of us. Try using some athletes foot powder on your feet before putting on your socks for the next few days and see what happens. I think you’ll be glad you did.

I’d had hives for about a month and didn’t know what from, so I made an appointment with my allergist, and he checked my blood. After a few weeks, he told me that I don’t have any allergies, but I have something called Contact Dermatitis. He said that it very rearly last for longer than a year. I’ve so far had them for half-a-year, and they are driving me insane! HELP! What should I do to help it or make it go away? They aren’t out all of the time, only when I scratch or irratate my skin. THEY ITCH!

From what I can tell, necklaces have always given me rashes on my neck. I’ve always had cheap necklaces, so I figured it was the metal that was giving me a rash.
But I recently received a lovely necklace that’s supposedly solid gold, and yet, I’ve still developed a rash after two or three days of wearing it. (It does say “PEWTER” in tiny print on the back of the medal, but I don’t know why.
So, why am I getting these rashes, regardless of what material?
The rash is very unnoticeable to the eye, but I can feel the raised bumps, and it’s very itchy.
Is the rash contagious? What can I put on it to make it feel better and go away? Why did I get it, anyway?
