Eczema Treatment Care

I thought it was eczema. It looks like little spots of his hair is missing or there are little white spots that you can see right through the hair. Its started on his head and now its on his back also. Does anyone know what it could be?

I have a massive amount of eczema on my scalp and so far the only solution is to shave my head. Is there any over the counter help i can get? id really like to have hair on my head without spending hundreds of dollars on medications that usually dont work anyways

My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and she has mild eczema and very sensitive skin! We need to use hair conditioner on her regularly because her hair is very VERY fine. The problem we have is that whenever I use regular conditioner her skin gets red wherever the conditioner touches her skin. Do any of you know of an inexpensive solution to this? I have thought about going to some of my local organic stores but I know anything they will have will be very expensive… I am hoping to find something that is all natural. Any suggestions? I might have eczema and want layers in my hair would there be any problem?? I MIGHT have a very very mild case of eczema. And is eczema spreadable?
