Eczema Treatment Care

A few years ago I was diagnosed with eczema and IgE levels double than normal so that means that atopic eczema sufferers may have allergies to various allergens in their environment,such as food, drugs, animal fur, pollen and house dust mites.. some time ago i visited an allergist doctor, which made me some tests to pollen, dust, different trees, leaves and then telling me that I have no allergy trees,leaves,dust but when i drink some plants or apple juice,olive oil,clay water,beer my eczema get worse….. SO PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW FOR SURE That meant I have no allergy to the ENVIRONMENT ? I may have allergies to certain substances in the foods…is so hard to find the cause my doctor said that to me…so i want investigate these days I found a site where I found a new method to detox your body you must taking a tablespoon of oil in the mouth in the morning on an empty stomach and then a 20 minute chew then spit out .but if I do that my eczema get worse why?i not swallow and do not eat anything.just suck that oil and extracted lymph, i don’t understand..why?? thank you

When I wash dishes by hand, my palms get really itchy and burn. It takes quite a while for this to go away and feels really horrible. I take Zyrtec and a nasal spray for other allergies and also have contact dermatitis. (I had eczema for many years but I rarely have problems with it now.) Is there a medicine for this? Should I wear gloves? Do you know a good allergen-free brand of dish soap to try?

I have been to the Doctor and had patch tests done but they all seem to be useless and the doctors aren’t listening to me when i explain whats happening. i don’t know what is causing it, but i need something in the mean time to help with the pustules, sores, crusting and weeping. its really painful. please someone help!

I took a shower with a bar of soap and my face started to burn. I have a dull red race on parts of my face. It real doesn’t itch but I can feal something. I think the redness may have gone down alittle. My bar of soap was near some mold int he shower and I think some of it got on the bar. Is this contact dermatitis?
