Eczema Treatment Care

i asked about proactiv before but i guess its not safe for me so i was wondering about triclear.
if it’s not, then what would be safe for me to use to get rid and prevent pimples?

because i have atopic dermatitis but i also have pimples and i want to try proactiv but dont know if it is safe for people with atopic dermatitis.
