Eczema Treatment Care

I noticed my skin start turning dry, red, and extremely itchy. I found on the internet that it’s most likely atopic dermatitis aka eczema due to my allergens to tide/
a) how can i get rid of the excess detergent in my clothes, or do i throw them away..?
b) how can i treat the affected areas (under eyes, eyelids, neck, arms, legs, pretty much everywhere…)
HELP!

I have been using Sunlight for quite a while. I’m not too sure if it’s considered mild.
I recently find that mostly my neck, arms & legs are gettin’ quite irritated than my face. I have atopic eczema. I’m not too sure if it’s the real cause, because it could also be an emotional thing (like when I’m stress).
