Eczema Treatment Care

I thought it was eczema. It looks like little spots of his hair is missing or there are little white spots that you can see right through the hair. Its started on his head and now its on his back also. Does anyone know what it could be?

Hi, Ive got 2 years old son. He suffered from bad atopic eczema…till about few month ago. For that reason (as advised by dermatologists) he was on a special diet…meaning we had to avoid food like: milk and all milk products, wheat, eggs, certain fruit, tomatoes…just to name few. Two weeks ago…after his second birthday he had allergy tests done, with good results, so he is not allergic to those few things he has been tested for…and now we were told we can start to introduce new food to him…but of course he doesnt want to try anything new…even though he sees us eat, he eats at the same table as we do, we even had a little cousin around to try if my son is going to copy him…he wouldnt even try very apealling looking birthday cake (train) – not I would be keen on the idea him eating sweets and chocolate…but just to try…he wont. Would would you suggest I could do.. he can’t eat 2 different kinds of meal over and over…He eats all kinds of soups though…which is great: well but with no noodles…hehe or pieces of veg {needs to be mixed}. I think that if he had not been on that diet (being restricted in what he could eat) up to now he would have developed more “curious tongue” . Thank you for all your comments.

It’s warm to touch and itches and stings. Been to three doctors and they say its contact dermatitis. Used a cream and it goes away and comes back, always in the same spot! Help!
