I think a doctor is the best person to ask, you shouldn’t take chances with a baby.

Aloe Vera. Rum on the Eczema in the morning and evening. But only enough to get the skin moist.

Question by Rick James: What would be the best OTC and prescription medication for mild Eczema?

Looking for pills, I’ve had enough of creams and other topical treatments.

Are there any pills that can control itching, reduce inflammation(which would be very mild), or perhaps even make all/most symptoms diminish altogether?

You won’t believe this, but put just a little dab of Chapstick Overnight Lip Treatment on it for a couple of nights.

In a day or two it will be gone.
