Answer by Rusty The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

i have it abd on my legs and i need treatment options, anyone use home stuff? baking soda i heard works, but none of my lotions for dry skin work, and cortizone dosent either help!!!!

Answer by xais My sister in law has it.She went and was tested for Celiac(allergies to wheat and other stuff). She has Celiac and since changing her diet it has almost all gone away.
Teatree oil is suspose to help too.

I have both keratosis pilaris and nummular eczema. ( woot 4 me….) i heard there is no curing the keratosis, but there is treatment available, like specialized lotions and exfoliates. The only problem is that because of my eczema, I cannot use practically ANY lotions or anything of the sort, so my question is, is there any treatment i CAN use?
i go to the dermatologist but he is only concerned with my eczema, and told me that my bumps will never go away anyways so he is no help really. for treating the keratosis that is
