Eczema Treatment Care

please help me. On a daily basis my skin is inflamed and itchy and sore, i find it hard to breathe because my chest is tightcongested and ive taken three incidents of anaphalactic shock in the past year.
I take strong prescibed antihistimines for my hives and itching .
I take a preventative inhaler called seretide 250 m dose 4 times a day
I shower and bath in oilatum and use coal tar shampoo.
I apply betnovate and eumovate 3/4 times a day plus oliatum moisturisers.
Since 4 years old i have had blood tests that confirmed i am serves allergic to shell fish, soy, eggs, milk, beans, peanuts, grass, pet hair, dust,latex, kiwi fruit, avacado and oranges. Im also senstivie to most cleaning products, air freshners (which cause asthma attacks) pollution,perfumes, lanolin, nickel and soap powder .
BUT despite seeing some if the best doc and profs in the UK my allergies get worse every day. Just ten mins ago i came out in a horrible rash then hives, i took a shower and applied creams but my skin is swollen and red from head to toe and i find it hard to breathe. My face has went red and my body was burning up. Ive taken a real strong antihistimine and it worked but i thought i was going to have to take my epipen and go to A and E.
There seems to be occasional times when im so normal. But now there seems to be no explination to these attacks.
The GP has given me a stronger dose inhaler and stronger steroids but its as if my body gets immune to these and my allergic reactions just get worse and worse.
please give me some advice if you have had similar experiences with atopic. Thank you xx

Last year I had a staph infection on my left leg from a cut w/ eczema all around it ( sorry to gross you all out) .It has healed but about maybe March I saw a little blister about the size of an ant bite and all what came off was skin and now it hurts , red, kind of big , and the medicine I am using Cortizone Advanced doesn’t to be working this time. Does anybody know what I could put on it or what to do?

Does anyone here have atopic eczema. If so how do you control it. Also, what makeups are and are not ok to use with it. websites to please. Thanks in advance to all of you.

its a four year old,has suffered contact dermatitis,whitish scaly patches are the symptoms.itchy,sometimes come as rashes on the face,do we have any hope or is it a sign to an illness that has not been discovered,
