8 Y/o Has Rash Looks Orange Under Skin Pediatric People?

Md orderd lab work because of the orange tint under his skin. I thought is was a contact dermatitis as he was using his dads soap and it was too strong for him but md not sure becasue of the orange tint to his skin.
