Eczema Treatment Care

Question by purplejasminepaige: I have a rash that looks like eczema. What over the counter cream would be best to use?
THIS RASH IS USUALLY SEASONAL. I CAN USE A CORTIZONE CREAM AND IT GOES AWAY. THIS IS NOT WORKING ANY MORE. IT’S DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Call your local pharmacy they will be able to recommend the best thing for you to use for that. Plus, if you describe it or show them they will know exactly what it is and what you need to get for it.

Its not marketed for eczema, but I think cetaplil cream is the best.

you can put veg. oil on them and cover them with a sandwich bag. Let them soak like this for a while. Repeat as needed.

my son is 20 months old he has really bad eczema on his head. we are using elidel but i wanna know what else is out there for him that isnt so harsh.

for dry skin my doctor recommended aquaphor. my freinds newborn had eczema sh was recommended that too by her allergist.
