Eczema Treatment Care

I am currently on accutane medicine and I recently broke out with some eczema on my face. I have tried lotions and it just get worse. (Its been a little over a week now that i have had this). I really would like to get a perscription cream, but i don’t want to be taken off of accutane. will the doctor stop the use of accutane if should ask for perscription cream?

is there any medical cream or something to clear my eczema fast i have it so badly and i cant help to scratch it raw sometimes it bleeds! I bought DREMAREST medicated moisturizer for eczema but it didnt do anything really left it on overnight and it stunk like fish! lol please help?
