Lol once again, i need help! i need some kind of a natural face cream that will help smoothen my face without causing it to flare. i have eczema so my face is dry and itchy! so does anyone know any types of creams or anyhthing that can help make the dryness and redness go away?? or atleast make it go away for a while

I don’t think you can prevent it-My friend has it and it gets worse in winter b/c of dry heat. She has special cream from the doctor to help the breakouts. That’s all I know!

eczema is a skin problem your born with. its dry scaly skin. you can’t completely get rid of it but you can treat it. I cant stand scratching at night its so aggravating…. i go to a skin doctor and she gives me cream prescriptions it stops me from scratching but i still hate the way my skin looks especially my hand it looks like a bunch of sores bunched up together
