How to Heal Eczema, Psoriasis and Other Skin Problems According to Ehekateotl skin conditions like these are a symptom of a greater imbalance and contamination in your energetic system. Elimination of common allergens in your food, skin care, shampoos and cosmetics can make a big difference. Reduction of fried foods from the diet, using filtered water to drink and in the shower as well as avoiding bleach and chlorine are also helpful. Most importantly it is critical to reduce stress and maintain a balance and harmony in one’s life so these challenges can be permanently eliminated. . Question by GAos A: medium Eczema problems?
I’m pretty sure I have eczema but i’m not 100% sure. My doctor never really said that i have eczema but after looking at online pictures, i’m pretty sure that what i have matches eczema.
anyways i want to know a easy way to help with my ezcema. i know its not curable yet. i want to learn some ways to calm/stop inflammations, stop itching, and keep it that way.
I have been precribed hydrocortisone valerate, fluroclucinde(sp?), mometasone furoate, and numerous ointments and creams. i heard these things have steriods and but i dont mind and use a lot anyways. it has gotten pretty bad; my face has a few signs of inflammation. it makes me look like i’ve been beaten up. i’ve started to use lotions but they irritate my skin even more. i’ve cut my nails but the urge to scratch is insane. i’m 15 years old and this has been a problem since about 8? last year, my skin was a bit better but this year is crazy. sometimes i would take super hot showers to calm it but i know you’re not supposed too

as well as the medications you have been using, Aristocourt cream is very good and you should also take an anti hystimine tablet. This will reduce the itching.

Question by Kris: Eczema & stomach problems – Dairy Wheat? Diet?
I am 27 years old. I have had terrible eczema my entire life, asthma since 15 and stomach problems gradually getting worse over the past few months? Can these all be related? Is it common for dairy, wheat, …or anything to make these worse or have caused them? I’m at wits end with all them. They all seem to be getting worse and my prescription meds for them (Triamcinolone, Protopic, Olux-E, Advair, Albuterol and occasionally Prednisone) do not seem to be controlling them anymore…I really need some answers from people who have experienced this 1st hand or a doc or nurse. Should I be on a dairy/wheat free diet? Please Help!!!
Thank you all so much for your time ….
I just want to be healthy and in control of whats going on here!

You might be in the one percent of the population that has celiac disease or dermititis herpetiformis or both. I will add a bunch of websites for you to look at.

The first thing you should do is get a doctor to test you for celiac disease and dermititis herpetiformis which are both gluten intolerance conditions. Celiac disease affects the small intestine and can cause any number of symptoms including yours. Dermititis herpetiformis causes skin problems similar to eczema. The tests will start with blood work and then possibly an endoscopic exam of your small intestine(not a very difficult thing to go through) and also skin biopsies.

After you get tested and it turned out positive, the treatment will be a gluten free diet which eliminates all wheat, barley and rye from your diet and some people are sensitive to oats also.

If the tests are negative or inconclusive, then go on a 2-3 month trial gluten free diet to see if your symptoms go away. This will eliminate the possibility that you are non celiac gluten intolerant or allergic to wheat or gluten that didn’t show up in testing. It is important to get the testing done before you stop eating gluten or you could get false negatives.

I had most of your symptoms for a long time and found out when I was 50 that I had celiac disease and within 3 months of going gluten free, I was able to stop my claritin, Advair, Albuterol, Medrol and it seems like one other. Anyway it was wonderful and well worth not eating gluten containing foods.

The dairy issue may resolve itself when you go gluten free since celiac disease seems to affect the parts of your small intestine that digest lactose. After you have healed, you may find yourself tolerating dairy again. In the meantime, limit your lactose intake or take a pill with meals called Lactaid. You can get it at a drug store without a prescription.

This is a lot of info but feel to contact me through here and good luck.
