What Are Some Good Skin Protectant Creams Lotions I Could Use For Body And Face? Need Due To Allergy At Work.?

It went away after two weeks but I would liike to prevent that. Along with not touching my face anymore I was wondering if there was a lotion or cream to protect the skin for a few hours? Any advice would be great.
