Eczema Treatment Care

I have really bad scalp eczema. Right now im using tea tree oil shampoo and it does relax the patches a little and makes the flaking not so obvious, but my scalp is still extremely greasy.. to the point where I take a shower and the next morning my hair is disgustingly greasy, almost wet looking.

Can anyone give me some tips or help me dry it out? Home remedies would be super nice! thanks.

I have a rash on my left breast and arreola, it’s reddish pink, blotchy and itches. I’ve looked up several rashes (including inflammatory breast cancer) and it looks like it’s contact dermatitis. I can’t figure out how I could get contact derm. because I haven’t used any new lotions, soaps, perfumes or laundry detergent. It hasn’t gotten worse, or better so I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. I have an appt with my doctor next Wednesday but I’m hoping I can get it to go away before then. Any suggestions?

My daughter (8) ocasionally suffers from a rash on her face and neck area after exposure to sun and heat. This usuallly only occurs at the beginning of summer and the Dr. calls it contact dermatitis and prescribes Pediapred (liquid prednisone). Well it’s back and I put sumblock on her which didn’t prevent it. I really don’t want to keep putting her on a steroid. Any personal experience with this? I know I know… call a Dr. already have just looking for public feedback or first hand experience.

i have developed eczema/atopic dermititus within the last 6 months. this entire time i have been trying to figure out what has caused this after 28 years of my skin being normal. i have read to avoid sweating when you have eczema. do you think that excessive sweating could have actually caused eczema? i have been working out for a few years (mostly walking fast-pace on the treadmill) but in the last 9 months i have stepped up my work out and have been perspiring alot…i’m just so stumped as to what caused it and its so frustrating…

Is it possible to get a outbreak of herpes after taking valtrex two days earlier for a week. Now I have a sore down there. Could it be something else and I’m just scared for nothing. I was taking the Valtrex for what a doctor thought was shingles and a cold sore at the same time. But a dermatologist sad NO- he believed it was contact dermatitis. Please help
