Eczema Treatment Care

i have had this for a few months now, its a red patch in the crease of my arm? if that makes sense.
Only on my left arm.
I got rid of it for a few weeks by using hydrocortosine (cant spell it) im using it now and its not helping at all.
I really want to get rid of it again as its not very attractive especially in the summer.

today i woke up to find that my eczema around my mouth was acting up and it’s bright red. it’s not sore but i want to get rid of the redness. I’m going to my friends cottage tonight for a few days and i don’t want to look like i have clown make up on!! some please help me!

p.s i tried cover up but it doesn’t work

my daughter has that and i have to use prescription cream to get rid of it but i also use aquaphor healing ointment it takes away the dryness then you can just use a small amount of concealer to blend away the red. i use almay concealer that blends to match your skin tone
