I’ve been using that cream for a while. It helps to reduce the redness and it peels the skins off but will it eventually remove the scars?

No.. quite the opposite. With continued use of a strong cortisone like betamethasone, it can lead to thinning of the skin and helps to prevent the laydown of healing connective tissue. If the eczema has been controlled, then I’d advise you to stop using the cream.

I’ve had eczema since I was a kid (probably since I was born). I’m getting better but I have this horrible scars on my flexure areas (notably behind the knees and elbows). I’ve tried flax seed, fish oil, tea-tree oil, moisturizing, and a lot of Chinese herbal medicines. Help is appreciated!
I have tried primrose oil as well.

Or what should i use to cover it up ? Makeup ? What kind of makeup thing should i use ?

I don’t know how to get rid of the scars. They are like purple bumps painted on my legs, so I can’t where shorts because it looks bad. And I still DO have eczema. I use bath and lotion stuff so it won’t get irritated, but I just want the eczema scars to go away. Does that scar on thing work(the one people who do the head on)? Thanks…
