Using a good moisturizer like aquaphor is helpful as well as being sure to drink water. Taking omega 3 oils helped me out a lot. If it is very severe you can use a cortisone cream as well as a strong moisturizer. Try to see if you are reacting to foods, environmental factors, overheating your body or under a lot of stress.
