Answer by MissToniLynn Eczema really needs to be monitored by a dermatologist. You should be drinking lots of water and keeping your face very clean and very moisturized. Try Aveeno products. They have a line especially for Eczema. Good luck.

She scratches so much that she starts bleeding, she bleeds right through her clothes, and it keeps her awake all night! We have tried oatmeal baths, oral and topical steriods, benadryl….everything!! She’s just miserable. Some one told me to use pure emu oil?
It’s getting worse. I keep scratching it (yes, I know, shame on me, yadda yadda yadda). I cleaned it with peroxide. I need to relieve the itching. Any ideas to relieve it? Or at least take care of it so that I can make it go away?
Question by Lisha: My 6 month old baby has Eczema, he scratches real bad. What can I do to stop or decrease the itches?
He has an appointment with the dermotologist two weeks from now cause that is the soonest they can get to him. He also use Elidel until he can meet with the doctor. Any other Suggestions?

Answer by rhodes727 My daughter had it as well she is now 3 and it has gone away almost completly. The doctors game me some kind of itch cream (dematop, i believe) and a water based gel for hydration aquaphor. It seemed to help.
