so bad that my skin cracks. Seems like the cycle does this 2 weeks or so. The dr. seems to think this is contact dermatitis, is there anything else that it may be? He’s been prescribing a steroid for the last year and says regular use may thin my skin over time. I’ve been avoiding the cleanser at work that I thought have caused this but it keeps coming back. I really need some advice on this please!

Im 14 years old and i’ve been suffering from eczema around my mouth for around two months. It’s an allergy to dove cream that started it. My doctor prescribed me with hydrocortisone cream and e45 cream. When i take a shower, my eczema turns really flakey and red. When i apply any of these creams that the doctor prescribed me with, it turns red, but the next day its fine again. My biggest worry is the shower tho, I’m afraid to wash my face in the morning or take a shower. I really want this eczema to go, people in school say i have herpes and i suck penis. Please help me, do i have atopic eczema? No family member of mine has ever suffered from eczema.
Thanks!

do you have a lip stud in? usually contact dermatitis is caused by a sensitive substance such as chromium, nickel other metals; or cosmetic materials, remove article or cause of irritation. if it does not go back to normal see a doctor for some cream or lotion to apply.

I have been under the care of the dermatologist for 2 years and still i suffer really bad. I have been on the strongest drug to reduce the immune system, but i am still bad. If I put loads of moisturiser on it just layers up and makes me itch. The best one so far had been diprobase, but i still come home from work and then itch and scratch like crazy. I want to lead a normal life again. Any Ideas?
