Eczema Treatment Care

These are what i have:
Asthma
Eczema
Allergies
And might have anaphylaxis.
They are all caused by something. isnt it Atopic?

Hi! I am on the following medications:
Allegra-D 24-hour qd (for allergies)
Biaxin 500 mg bid (sinusitis)
Flovent 440 mcg bid (asthma)
Benadryl 50 mg q4h prn (I get a lot of rashes, so this is used and OK’d by my dermatologist to be taken with the Allegra-D, even though it’s 2 antihistamines — right now it’s for eczema and some contact dermatitis/hives)
… and now what I’m thinking of taking is a DuoNeb nebulizer treatment (Albuterol inhailer isn’t cutting it, and last time it was this bad, neither did the Xopenex, so I had to be put on oral steroids and DuoNeb [atrovent and albuterol]).
Can these things be taken together? Thanks so much!

I have a bunch of tiny spots on my legs and upper arms. They aren’t itchy. If I try to “pop” them like a pimple, the hair follicle oozes out(connected to some yellow-green or black substance). What is this?
It is chronic, I’ve always had it.
I always thought that it was atopic dermatitis eczema, but then I realized that it wasn’t itchy.
They are on every inch of my legs and arms.
