Question by ohmyjeez134: home remedies & tips or cures for eczema?
Okay I have always had stubborn skin always had eczema&allergies since I can remember.I usually always get my worst eczema on my legs or behind knees and behind my elbows and i get itchy on my face to and lips.I currently have big nasty rashes on my legs and a little one behind my elbow that puss it is gross I know.I hae been to the doctor and use prescription cream called tricinilone or something it works wonders for a little while but the effectiveness goes away. The itching is so intense it is very bothersome and I don’t use benadryl either because it makes me drowsy.I have been to the doctor and the dermatologists several of times for this so yeah.Anyways are there any cures or tips or remedies for this.oh and any people with tattoos with this condition Iam just wondering because Iam thinking about getting tattoos in the future.
thanks

Answer by Nicole S My cousins both have eczema and they always put corn starch on the affected area to stop the itching.

Question by Amy R: need tips for managing eczema flareup?
i have had severe eczema since i was an infant. and for the past 2 months or so it has been the worst it has ever been. my legs, arms, back, stomach, chest, neck, hands, face ALL covered. my hands and arms its more inflammation than redness, little bumps everywhere. I have tried antibiotics, which helped for about a week, cortisone creams, pretty much everything my dermatologist will give me, except for prednisone because i am wary of the side effects. Also doing the short, luke warm showers, pat dry, moisturize, no soap products on areas of breakout, no fragrances. Does anyone have any suggestions!?! Please help me, I am getting desperate!
