Eczema Treatment Care

how long would we have to stay there for the treatment to be effective? Costs include accomodation and air fare.

A friend of mine has this condition and she is planning on going to Kuwait in the next couple of weeks.
As Kuwait has such a hot climate, I feel that she is making a mistake.
I’m really worried about her as she has been really depressed about her condition because it has become progressively worse in the last few weeks.
Should I tell her that it’s not a good idea?
