I’ve been using cetaphil, and aveeno for babies with eczema as a wash, and Vitamin A and D ointment after the shower.

Any suggestions?
I’m just kind of bored with what I’ve been using if that makes sense.

She has eczema, which was obviously inherited from my husband, who inherited from his father. Her face flakes a lot, and baby wash isn’t helping. Cetaphil was ineffective. I was wondering if she was too young to use facial wash and cleanser. She doesn’t have any acne, just a few blemishes. But I don’t really care about the pimples, acne, blemishes, etc. I’m talking about any facial products to not irritate her skin condition.

My 10 1/2 month old has eczema and we have been using Johnson & Johnson head to toe baby wash gel and the container is running out…. Im wondering if there is any baby wash/soap/shampoo that would be better for eczema?

I’m getting to be very, very cautious about my dry skin. Apparently I have a strain of Eczema called Atopic Dermatitis. I am wanting to go to extents of just washing my body thoroughly with plain water, and not using Dove body wash soap (although Dove is good at keeping moisture on the skin). To stem off any breakouts of AD.
I’ve noticed that even with not touching my body with soap, my skin still appears to slightly maintain smoothness and moisture.
So, again, I shower three times a day, but I’m beginning to not use soap on my body. Is this an unwise choice? Thank you for answering.

It’s the only hand wash in my workplace and I wash my hands after every patient… arrrggghhh. Also I use the alcohol rub which also contains chlorhexidine, I feel if I don’t use these I am at risk of spreading bacteria. My hands get so itchy afterwards…. Can someone develop something that doesn’t produce contact dermatitis
