I’m allergic to almost everything…pretty atopic, if you get what i mean.
Random things…prawns, crabs etc. , pineapple, kiwis, spinach…but when i eat these the only allergic reactions i get are in my mouth, my tongue and lips’ll swell and i get weird itchy lumps on my lips. Also, my eczema gets worse.
I do sneeze a lot – at first i thought it was due to dust and stuff in the air cos it happens all year round. I took some antihistamines and it cleared up but then i noticed that i did sneeze two to three times after meals despite the pills. I read up on snatiation and dunno if that’s what i might have – is it an allergy or just genetics? My dad does tend to sneeze a lot, but i’ve never paid attention as to when.
If anybody has any info or advice, please add! Also wanna ask if constant sneezing is bad for you in any way because i can expect to sneeze up to about 20 times a day without the antihistamines (they make me very drowsy and i can never stay awake in class, even without them! heehee)
Thank you! xxx

I’m getting to be very, very cautious about my dry skin. Apparently I have a strain of Eczema called Atopic Dermatitis. I am wanting to go to extents of just washing my body thoroughly with plain water, and not using Dove body wash soap (although Dove is good at keeping moisture on the skin). To stem off any breakouts of AD.
I’ve noticed that even with not touching my body with soap, my skin still appears to slightly maintain smoothness and moisture.
So, again, I shower three times a day, but I’m beginning to not use soap on my body. Is this an unwise choice? Thank you for answering.

I get these tiny red spots from time to time without rhyme or reason? If its contact dermatitis which the dr thought it might be then why do they come at strange times, like vacuuming, walking, after a shower, sitting outside one time I put on some black jeans started iching and sure enough i had tons of tiny little red spots.
there is no correlation to these events or anything I have been in contact with at all those times? They go away after I spray them with cortisone or benadryl
what could i be allergic to, or could dry skin cause it????????
