Eczema Treatment Care

I have had atopic eczema for all my life but i think i have been wrongly diagnosed. I have seen countless doctors,dermatologists,herbalists, chinese docs,ect.
NOTHING has worked. I had it all over my body but with the help of steroids steroids and more steroids it gradually went away. Then when i hit 13 it came all over my face this web-like red rash. My skin is like paper, it hurts like burning hell in the shower. The steroids have made my face, neck and chest red and itchy and broken, fragile. When the ckin repairs its like a tight mask of flacky skin. Its so sore i feel sick and i tend not to go out cos i sweat at clubs and it makes it worse and im normally irritated and feel like hiding away. I cant wear make up and im not preety. My BF doesnt notice but i dont feel sexy flared up so i stopped going out alot as a result he dumped me. At college i have exams and im mega stressed.
If i hear E45,bath oil, steroids, vaseline,baths, bath salts,exercise, good eating i will scream

If so, how? Mine got a a degree in which it’s uncontrollable by docs and I just do not know that do to anymore. It causes me so much pain and wounds due to all the scratching that most days I do not even go out in the street.
